We are seeking an HR Specialist to support the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Administer benefits, leaves, and statutory requirements
- Support employee relations, engagement, and performance processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate training, development, and HR programs
- Prepare HR reports and respond to employee queries
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience across recruitment and HR operations
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance
- Experience with HRIS and recruitment tools
- Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of discretion in handling confidential information
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Preferred:
- HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, or local equivalent)
- Familiarity with local labor regulations and compliance
